Key Responsibilities & Requirements Manage bench sales operations and place available consultants with client organizationsLead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and consultants including MSAs and SOWsNegotiate competitive billing rates and consultant compensation packagesBuild and maintain strong relationships with preferred vendor partners and clientsConduct vendor performance evaluations and manage vendor scorecardsOversee consultant onboarding, documentation, and compliance processesEnsure adherence to employment laws, tax regulations, and industry standardsCoordinate with client procurement teams and preferred supplier programsManage contract renewals, amendments, terminations, and documentationConduct market research and analysis to establish competitive pricing strategiesHandle consultant relations, performance issues, and conflict resolutionMaintain accurate HRIS data and generate regular reporting metricsFacilitate business reviews and partnership meetings with key stakeholdersManage margin optimization while maintaining consultant and client satisfactionCoordinate with finance team on invoicing, payments, and revenue trackingRequired Qualifications 3+ years HR experience in staffing/consulting industry with proven bench sales track record3+ years contract management and commercial negotiation experienceBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldExcellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skillsProficiency in HRIS systems, CRM platforms, and MS Office SuiteStrong analytical skills for market research and financial analysis
