Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive proficient in local languages such as Gujarati . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing qualified student applicants from Gujarat who are interested in pursuing their studies abroad. This position requires strong contacts with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to ensure a steady flow of leads and facilitate the education loan processing for prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Sourcing:
Utilize existing contacts and develop new relationships within the education sector to source qualified student applicants.
Maintain a network of DSAs who can provide a shortlist of students interested in studying abroad.
Networking:
Establish and nurture relationships with educational institutions, DSAs, and other stakeholders to enhance lead generation efforts.
Student Support:
Assist students in understanding the admission process, documentation requirements, and education loan procedures for studying abroad.
Provide guidance and support to students throughout their application journey.
Loan Processing:
Leverage proven experience in processing education loans, preferably for study abroad, to assist students in securing financial support.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of leads, student interactions, and progress in the admission process.
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field; a background in sales or education and counseling is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in education consultancy or related fields.Established network of DSAs with the ability to provide leads for students interested in studying abroad .Experience in processing education loans for study abroad is highly desirable.
Language Skills: Strong proficiency in the local language, specifically Gujarati is essential.
Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication with international partners.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
Travel Requirements: This role will require extensive travel within the assigned regions of Gujarat for lead generation, networking, and student support.
