The applications are CRC, Nimbus and ServiceNow platforms from an operational perspective. The Support Command Center Toolset Management team works towards enhancing performance and user experience along with addressing operational needs gathered from Managers responsible for operations.Your experience and skillsRole and Responsibilities- Application deployment and maintenance- Monitoring, creating, updating GitLabs- Creating database queries for PowerBI management purpose- Risk assessment during on-boarding of new applications- 3+ years of experience in a similar roleDesired Candidates Requirements- Fluent in English.
