Toolset Manager

  • Collaboration with various partners across the different functions

Your team

The Support Command Center is a part of the EUSS organization and the Toolset Management team consists of 8 employees (manager included) who are responsible for managing, administrating and providing technical maintenance for critical applications used within the EUSS. The applications are CRC, Nimbus and ServiceNow platforms from an operational perspective. The Support Command Center Toolset Management team works towards enhancing performance and user experience along with addressing operational needs gathered from Managers responsible for operations.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Application deployment and maintenance
  • Monitoring, creating, updating GitLabs
  • Creating database queries for PowerBI management purpose
  • Risk assessment during on-boarding of new applications
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Fluent in English. Able to create knowledge base articles for products from supported pool understandable for non- technical users
