Job Title:
Strategic Performance Manager
Key Responsibilities:

As a Strategic Performance Manager, you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of people-focused strategies that drive impactful results. This includes creating high-performing Power BI reports, developing actionable project plans, and working closely with agile teams.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Masters degree and 4 years of experience in Learning, Talent Development, and Compliance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven Program Management Skills and ability to negotiate, influence, and persuade stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, oral communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office toolset, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Natural curiosity for delivering innovative, state-of-the-art people-focused strategies.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Ability to analyze output and measure factors of success.
  • Understanding of social media dynamics and ability to create and edit modern SharePoint pages.
  • Experience with data and analytics to develop new insights and workshop facilitation.
