Position Objective
To provide support to the organization in a way to create an accelerated growth through talent engagement. This position will be responsible for providing support in the HR related activities within Halma India in areas of Talent Management, Culture building, HR Admin, Employee related initiatives and Engagement activities.
Responsibilities
Onboarding & Integration
Responsible for the onboarding process by briefing new employees about Halma's onboarding procedures.
Oversee the buddy program by ensuring smooth integration of new hires, matching them with suitable buddies.
Responsible for a 30 day & 90-day sapling discussion with new employees to gather feedback and address concerns.
Feedback Management
Own the exit interview process for employees up to the leads and senior executives.
Responsible for managing and acting upon the feedback received from exit discussions.
Metrics, Reporting and Audits
Develop and maintain monthly metrics for Talent Engagement initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision making.
Conduct monthly audits of e DMS (electronic document management system) files at a 100% sample to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Policy and Process Improvement
Serve as a point of contact for clarifying HR policies and processes and support the creation and updating of policies as required.
Manage the validation and closure of probation evaluation forms in collaboration with managers.
System and Process Improvement
Actively use Workday for Talent engagement related activities like onboarding, probation reviews, exit.
Lead system and process improvement initiatives within Talent Engagement, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
Additional Responsibilities
Provide support for market studies and time to time special projects in Talent engagement
Work in closed group to create awareness, initiatives about emphasis of cultural attributes of the organization.
Academic qualification
Graduation and PG/MBA in Human resources
Experience
5+ years of experience in HR Business partnering.
Experience in Operations will be an added advantage.
Experience in MNC company
Working with business managers will be an added advantage
Exposure to Workday would be an added advantage.
