Role Overview: The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding Trydan Tech’s presence across the EV, UAV, and energy storage markets. This role involves managing a team of business development professionals, sourcing vendors, conducting in-depth market research, and executing high-impact sales strategies. Success in this position requires a proactive, hands-on approach with strong analytical thinking, leadership skills, relationship-building, and direct client engagement. The manager will also represent Trydan Tech at industry events and forums to strengthen market visibility and brand positioning. Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Strategy • Oversee and guide market research initiatives to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitor positioning • Deliver actionable insights to inform go-to-market strategies and product positioning • Present research findings to leadership to support strategic and data-driven planning Sales & Business Development • Develop and lead sales strategies to expand market reach in the battery and energy storage sectors • Manage a team responsible for lead generation, client outreach, and partnership development • Represent Trydan Tech at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer presentations • Drive key
