Job Title: Marketing / Sales Administrator Location: Sector 136, Noida Department: Sales & Marketing Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing/Sales Administrator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating with channel partners and brokers, scheduling and organizing client site visits, and performing general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the sales and marketing functions. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Channel Coordination: Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and external sales agents to support. Assist in onboarding and briefing channel partners on project details and pricing. Follow up with brokers for lead status and feedback. Client Engagement & Site Visit Coordination: Schedule and organize client visits to project sites in coordination with the sales team. Prepare and maintain visit schedules, confirmations, and visitor records. Ensure site readiness and client experience is smooth and professional. Marketing Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotions. Coordinate with vendors for marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, and event materials. Maintain stock of marketing materials and ensure timely distribution to brokers and clients. Support the sales and marketing team with any other operational needs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role (preferably in real estate). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Well-organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable coordinating with external stakeholders like brokers and clients.
