Job Summary:
KiVi-tronics Consulting is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Management and acquisition of new clients.
Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Meet prospective and existing clients through scheduled visits and business trips.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to build connections.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Present proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to align offerings with market demand.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns that drive business growth.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Reporting:
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
Track metrics to evaluate performance and suggest areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Master’s degree in Business Administration from a reputed university.
3+ years of proven experience in business development, recruitment industry, sales, or a related role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
