Greetings from Jeena & Co, 125 year young company in logistics space. One of the leading Custom House Broker having 27 offices across India and global presence through Agent Network. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager/Senior Manager – Learning & Development (L&D) to join our team in Mumbai.

The role requires close collaboration with functional managers, branch heads, and the corporate leadership team to support employee development and enhance organizational capabilities.

Identify organizational training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and collaborating with business leaders and Branch Heads.

 Design and develop effective training programs and modules in coordination with functional heads.

 Schedule and conduct training sessions tailored to business requirements.

 Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, discussions, and performance reviews.

 Conduct market research to identify reputed training institutes/colleges (India & abroad) and recommend strategic partnerships.

 Conduct Training programs

Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer.

 In-depth knowledge of current trends, tools, and best practices in Learning & Development.

 Familiarity with leading training institutes in India and abroad.

 Over 10 years of proven success in the Learning & Development domain.

Experience in the logistics industry is not mandatory but would be an added advantage.
