As part of the Beco team, you'll get to work with a group of amazing people who share your passion for the environment and sustainability. You'll have the chance to contribute to the development of exciting, innovative products that are helping to make the world a better place.
Roles & Responsibilities –
1. Assist in coordinating with the sales team to understand client needs and facilitate smooth communication between the company and its B2 B clients.
2. Assist in the day-to-day activities of B2 B operations, including order processing, inventory management, and payment recovery.
3. Aid in maintaining positive relationships with B2 B clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
4. Assist in processing orders, managing inventory, and coordinating shipments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
5. Gain understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to B2 B clients.
6. Work closely with various departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to coordinate efforts and achieve B2 B objectives.
7. Create P&L reports, inventory, and revenue forecasts, and analyze data to derive actionable insights using advanced Excel.
8. Utilize basic knowledge or prior experience with SAP Business One for seamless order processing and reporting.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in MS Excel would be advantageous.
Strong self-motivation
Good interpersonal skills
