Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, working to identify and secure new business opportunities that align with our strategic goals. You will be instrumental in fostering long term relationships with clients, understanding their needs ensuring our solutions exceed their expectations.
What would you do?
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through strategic research, networking and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure client needs are met and to capitalise on market opportunities.
Prepare and present proposals, reports and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to position Oberoi IBC advantageously.
Effectively tapping into the Indian market, it is crucial to comprehend the diverse nature of Indian cities and their unique marketing dynamics.
Having unique expertise that actively contributes to the betterment of the company.
After pitching to the client, ensure to maintain regular follow-ups to build cordial relations with the client.
An impactful speaker with strong communication skills and fluency in multiple languages.
Quick to grasp new ideas and concepts, with deep understanding spanning various domains of knowledge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the advertising or marketing industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of advertising services, including celebrity endorsements, media planning, production, and digital marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
