Marketing Lead

Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and key markets.
Create, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
Develop and manage high-quality content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos) that demonstrates our technological expertise and engages our audience
Create and manage content for pre-sales collateral, including pitch decks, presentations, and other sales support materials, that align with the brand guidelines and sales strategies.
Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and materials, reinforcing our positioning as a technology services brand.
Run LinkedIn campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement, including setting up campaigns, targeting, monitoring, and analysing results to optimize campaign performance.
Plan and manage all aspects of events from concept to execution, including budgeting, logistics, promotion, and post-event analysis.
Identify and strategically participate in key trade events and industry conferences to position our company as a leading technology services provider
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
Work closely with sales and practice teams to align marketing efforts and support business objectives.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Manage public relations efforts, including drafting press releases, building relationships with media outlets, and securing coverage to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
Qualifications:
MBA/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
6 - 8 years of B2B marketing experience, with minimum 5 years experience in IT Services marketing
Key skill set:
Previous experience in marketing for Adobe, Salesforce, Cloud, Gen AI, Data Engineering, Analytics is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
Experience in producing whitepapers, technical blogs, website content, product demo videos, and other marketing collateral that communicate complex IT concepts clearly.
Skilled in creating impactful pitch decks and sales enablement materials that articulate technology solutions.
Knowledge of public relations best practices, including press release writing and media outreach.
Familiarity with article publishing and content creation for B2B marketing.
Proven track record of successful lead generation using LinkedIn promotions.
Experience in planning and managing events, including trade shows, webinars, seminars, and workshops.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven recommendations.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CMS, CRM, email marketing, and social media management.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn campaigns, including strategy to production of content, campaign setup, targeting, monitoring, and optimization.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
