Know what's working, what's not, and why — then optimize for impact.GTM plans for key launches and cultural momentsConsistent brand voice across platforms—from ads to Instagram captionsA pulse on what's trending—reels, rituals, and everything in between.What You Bring4–7 years of experience in handling International market at a high-impact consumer, D2C, or digital-first companyAt least one 3-year+ stint —we value stability and long-term thinkingStrong creative instincts—with the ability to brief, shape, and ship bold ideasProven experience leading integrated campaigns (TVC, digital, social, influencer, branded content)Deep understanding of Indian consumers, culture, and contextAbility to extract and analyse data to inform sharper storytelling and campaign strategyA love for storytelling, a respect for insight, and an obsession with craft.
