About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic and data-driven *Marketing & Brand Head* to lead the overall marketing strategy and brand building for our growing company. This is a leadership role that combines creative thinking with performance marketing, responsible for driving growth across all channels – website, marketplaces, and quick commerce.
As the face of our marketing function, you'll guide a team of channel owners, shape our brand voice, conceptualize high-impact campaigns, and ensure consistent execution to meet business goals. If you're a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for building customer-centric brands, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business growth goals
• Lead and mentor a team managing performance across digital channels
• Ensure synergy and consistency across brand communication and customer touchpoints
Sales & Promotions Planning
• Own the offers and promotions calendar across all platforms
• Collaborate with finance and ops on pricing, margins, and inventory alignment
• Optimize marketing spends for maximum ROI
Social Media & Content Marketing
• Oversee social media strategy and content direction
• Drive brand storytelling, influencer partnerships, and UGC initiatives
• Monitor engagement metrics and continuously optimize performance
Campaigns & Brand Initiatives
• Plan and execute seasonal, festive, and topical campaigns (digital, influencer, offline, PR)
• Measure campaign performance and its impact on brand and sales
Events, Collaborations & Merchandise
• Lead brand activations, events, and offline community initiatives
• Drive creator and brand collaborations, along with merchandising strategies
Analytics & Insights
• Track KPIs like CAC, LTV, retention, and channel-wise ROI
• Build dashboards and deliver weekly performance reviews to leadership
• Drive decision-making through data and market insights
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in Marketing Strategy, Digital & Content Marketing
Strong expertise in Brand Management and Social Media
Data-driven mindset with skills in Market Research & Analysis
Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Proficiency with marketing tools and performance analytics
Prior experience in D2C, retail, or e-commerce is a strong plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
