We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.Key Responsibilities:Customer InteractionRespond to customer inquiries via Phone, Email and ChatHandle customer complaints, escalations professionally and promptlyProblem ResolutionInvestigate and resolve customer issues efficientlyFollow the TAT for escalation resolutionFeedback CollectionConstant feedback from the customers at every stage of the processEnsuring improvement in NPSProcess AdherenceDocumentation and records of every conversation to be maintainedFollowing the company and business processes without deviationsService ExcellenceEnsuring customer satisfaction by maintaining service standardsCross-functional coordinationAreas of improvement for other team members to enhance the experience of a customerQualifications needed:0 to 3 years of experience in Customer support or a similar role, preferably from a Packing & Moving IndustryExcellent verbal and written communication skills (Freshers can also apply)Ability to multitask and manage time effectivelyProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
