Location: Bangalore
Working Hours:
- Weekdays: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a similar field
About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for helping members book vacations, collecting EMIs, providing excellent customer service, and delivering a lifetime experience. The role also involves administrative duties such as sending/receiving couriers, and meeting vendors and suppliers, which may require local travel within the city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vacation Bookings: Assist members with vacation planning and booking, offering customized travel solutions to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
- Collections: Handle collection processes, follow up on payments, and manage member accounts to ensure timely settlements.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer support, addressing member queries and resolving issues effectively and professionally.
- Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks such as sending and receiving couriers, and meeting with vendors and suppliers, requiring local city travel.
- Lifetime Experience: Offer tailored services to members, ensuring a personalized and exceptional experience throughout their journey with the company.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of member interactions, transactions, and bookings in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support or similar role, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or finance industry.
- Education: Any qualification is acceptable; however, fluency in English and other regional languages (e.g., Kannada, Hindi, Tamil) is a must.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage member interactions effectively and with empathy.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Local Travel: Willingness to travel within the city for administrative duties, including meeting vendors, suppliers, and handling couriers.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with travel booking systems and collection processes is an advantage.
