duty will be to provide customers with information about products, services, and promotions,
as well as handling their inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Responsibilities:
● Responding to customer inquiries and requests via voice, chat, and email within the
TAT
● Providing customers with accurate information about products, services, and
promotions
● Handling customer complaints, resolving issues, and escalating as necessary
● Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
● Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service
● Keeping up-to-date with product and service knowledge
Requirements:
● Self-confident, motivated, and driven individual
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
● Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy
● Ability to work well in a team environment
● Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
● Proficient in using computers and various software applications
● Previous customer service experience is an asset
Education and Experience:
● Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred
● 2-3 year of customer service experience in a call centre environment is an asset
