We’re looking for a Campaign & Retention Manager to join our growth team and play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey for one of the fastest-growing healthtech brands.
As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll lead the design and execution of targeted lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, and in-app channels focused on improving engagement, retention, and repeat purchases. Your insights will power smarter segmentation, meaningful personalization, and stronger long-term customer relationships.

Build and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across all lifecycle stages
Drive retention, repeat purchases, and loyalty through targeted communications
Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable strategies
5+ years in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing, ideally in a D2C or e-commerce environment
~ Prior experience in healthtech , e-pharmacy , or consumer internet sectors is a plus
~ Strong understanding of CRM automation, customer segmentation, and performance metrics
~ Hands-on expertise with marketing automation tools (e.g., Data-driven, analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
~ Excellent cross-functional communication and project leadership skills
