Marketing Campaign Manager

We’re looking for a Campaign & Retention Manager to join our growth team and play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey for one of the fastest-growing healthtech brands.About the RoleAs a key member of the marketing team, you’ll lead the design and execution of targeted lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, and in-app channels focused on improving engagement, retention, and repeat purchases. Your insights will power smarter segmentation, meaningful personalization, and stronger long-term customer relationships.What You'll Be DoingBuild and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across all lifecycle stagesDrive retention, repeat purchases, and loyalty through targeted communicationsSet up automated journeys (cart abandonment, inactivity triggers, reorder reminders, etc.) using tools like Clevertap, Netcore, MoEngage, or WebEngageAnalyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable strategiesPartner cross-functionally with product, design, analytics, and tech teamsLead retention-focused initiatives including cohort strategies , churn prevention , and loyalty programsWhat We're Looking For5+ years in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing, ideally in a D2C or e-commerce environmentPrior experience in healthtech , e-pharmacy , or consumer internet sectors is a plusStrong understanding of CRM automation, customer segmentation, and performance metricsHands-on expertise with marketing automation tools (e.g., Clevertap, Netcore, etc.)Data-driven, analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionExcellent cross-functional communication and project leadership skillsKey KPIs You'll DriveCustomer Retention & Repeat Purchase RatesGrowth in LTV and LTV:CAC ratioOpen rates, CTRs, and Conversion metrics from campaignsLoyalty and referral program adoptionReduction in churnIf you're excited about building customer-first growth strategies in a high-impact, mission-driven domain, we’d love to connect.Let’s build something meaningful in healthcare together.
