Position: Apparel Designer
Location: Bangalore, India

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and passionate Fashion Designer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of fashion design principles, advanced CAD skills, and expertise in pattern making, textile design, and garment construction. You will be responsible for creating original designs that align with our brand philosophy and resonate with our target market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative and trend-setting fashion designs for menswear, womenswear and unisex collections.
Utilize full CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to create detailed and accurate design sketches and technical drawings.
Proficient in Adobe Suite, Clo3D, and cutting-edge design tools for top-tier results. Expertise in garment construction, pattern making, and creating iconic silhouettes. Detail-oriented with a knack for aligning designs with brand vision.
Deep understanding of streetwear fashion, innovation, and culture. Skilled at producing trend-setting designs that resonate with industry standards.
Create precise patterns and prototypes for new designs, ensuring they meet the highest fit and quality standards.
Conduct thorough textile research and design to select appropriate fabrics and materials for each collection.
Oversee garment construction from concept to final product, ensuring each piece is produced to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are manufactured efficiently and sustainably.
Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs.
Maintain and promote the brand philosophy of sustainability, inclusivity, and innovation throughout the design process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in fashion designing, with a strong portfolio showcasing menswear and unisex apparel.
