Who We Are Looking For

Agilitas is seeking a CMF Designer with expertise in Footwear & Apparel to collaborate with a ross-functional team spanning design, product management, and development. The ideal candidate is a creative who understands the intersection of storytelling, design, and market trends. This individual will design premium footwear and apparel collections that connect deeply with hyper-local consumer expressions while maintaining global relevance.

The CMF Designer will play a key role in crafting industry-leading, head-to-toe collections by focusing on color, graphics, materials, trims, and details . These collections will resonate with

Performance , streetwear and lifestyle consumers. This is an opportunity for someone with an

eye for detail , sensitivity to colour science and an ability to deliver premium designs.

What You’ll Work On

As a CMF Designer, you will:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on consumer needs, market trends, and local insights to create inspiring narratives for footwear and apparel collections.

•Design color, finishes, and material narratives for both performance and lifestyle collections.

• Develop head-to-toe product expressions using innovative colour and textile design techniques.

•Collaborate with Materials, Trims, and Development partners to ensure premium, globally relevant product delivery.

• Lead the creation of mood boards, sketches, tech packs, and visual presentations to bring concepts to life.

•Partner with Footwear and Apparel leads, marketing, category leads, and the wider creative team to ensure designs reflect consumer and athlete insights, trend direction, and brand ethos.

You will work with cross-functional teams, including:

•Agilitas Product and Design Teams , who are driving innovation in streetwear and performance products.

• Regional experts who provide insights into local trends and consumer behavior across key markets.

•Development partners to translate concepts into commercially viable products.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Fashion Design or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

•6+ years of experience in color, material, graphic, or product design , particularly in footwear and/or apparel.

•Proven ability to research, conceptualize, and design head-to-toe product collections.

• Strong understanding of contemporary art, sport, and streetwear trends, and an ability to integrate these into innovative design solutions.

•Exceptional collaboration and communication skills , with a history of working successfully in a fast-paced, cross-disciplinary environment.

•Advanced proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite). Experience with 3D and AI design tools is a plus.

•A portfolio showcasing trend-right graphics and materials, with a focus on storytelling and market relevance.

• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering premium results.
