This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll shape our growth trajectory, lead enterprise engagements, and strengthen our presence across integration-driven industries.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end sales and business development for B2B integration, EDI, and middleware solutions- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and grow large enterprise clients- Build and nurture long-term C-suite relationships and strategic alliances- Partner closely with technology and delivery teams to ensure customer success- Identify market opportunities, drive negotiations, and enable sustained revenue growthIdeal Candidate- 14+ years of experience in technology sales or business development, preferably in B2B integration or middleware- Strong track record in closing enterprise-level deals and managing key accounts- Hands-on EDI sales experience is a major advantage — 90% of our business is EDI-focused- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills- Proven ability to drive growth and inspire teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environmentWhy Quadrant?At Quadrant IT Services, we’re passionate about enabling Digital Transformation through advanced integration and EDI solutions.
