Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Head – Sales & Marketing (Scaffolding)
to lead the promotion and growth of our scaffolding systems and access solutions across construction, infrastructure, and industrial segments. The role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and the ability to drive revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute sales and marketing strategies for scaffolding systems and access solutions across targeted markets.
  • Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and market expansion through strategic planning and execution.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with clients.
  • Prepare, present, and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in line with client requirements.
  • Manage client negotiations, order finalization, and ensure timely commercial closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, project managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Support branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum
    7+ years of experience
    in sales and marketing, preferably in scaffolding, construction, infrastructure, or industrial solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiations and deal closures.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
