Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales Head to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of professional experience. The Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales strategies and business development initiatives to expand our market presence. Qualifications and Skills Proven track record in sales strategy development and execution (Mandatory skill). Demonstrated experience in business development and identifying growth opportunities (Mandatory skill). Solid expertise in lead generation techniques and tactics (Mandatory skill). Strong negotiation skills, enabling the closing of high-value deals efficiently. Team leadership capabilities to mentor and guide a dynamic sales team towards achieving targets. Proficient in product positioning to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster long-term client relationships. Ability to analyze market trends and derive actionable insights for strategic planning. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the companys objectives. Lead business development activities to attract new clients and expand our market reach. Generate leads through various channels and convert them into successful sales. Negotiate and close deals with clients while ensuring maximum profitability and customer satisfaction. Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, driving them to exceed sales targets. Analyze the competitive landscape to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and sales approaches. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, outlining successful strategies and areas for improvement.
