Tattva Wellness Spa is seeking to hire an experienced professional with fluent communication skills for joining its Central Customer service team based in Panchkula. Company Website: Role: Customer Care Executive (1 - 5 years experience) Industry: Customer Service, Call centre, Inbound calls process (Non-technical) Work office location: Sector 20, Panchkula Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per month + Performance incentives 10 AM to 7 PM work shifts - 6 days working with rotational day off. No cab facility. Apply online or send resume to Key Responsibilities : Management of all customer communication points including calls, emails and chats Be the voice of Tattva Wellness and first point of contact for all in-coming queries (through calls, website and social media) Schedule appointments for guests in an efficient manner through internal booking tools Actively seek guest feedback and maintain records of the same while escalating to the relevant internal teams for service or process improvement Promote memberships and manage membership queries. Promote Gift vouchers and manage related queries Work closely with the marketing and sales team to plan and execute strategy for customer care to achieve business goals. Experience & Qualifications: Customer Care Executive at Tattva Wellness must have strong command over guest experience management and be fluent in English and Hindi languages. Person must have strong communication skills - oral and written. Minimum one year experience in call centre / customer service / customer call handling is required.
