Own overall relationship with assigned clients
Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients for products related to Wireless, Networking, Cloud
Aid clients in achieving their goals
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in customer success team from B2B platform
Expertise in managing customers for products related to Wireless, Networking, Cloud
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in ILL (Internet Leased Line), GVPN, NDE, CISCO WebEx, MS Teams, Managed hosting Services, MVOIP, GSIP
Detail oriented and analytical
Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
