We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and recruitment best practices. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier tech talent to meet our organization’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:
- Identify and attract top technical talent using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and professional networks.
- Create job postings and leverage sourcing tools for active and passive candidate outreach.
Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination:
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess technical fit, cultural alignment, and candidate expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
Pipeline & Database Management:
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical IT roles.
- Manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand team needs, and prioritize hiring.
- Collaborate with external vendors and manage C2H and full-time hiring processes as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
- Solid understanding of technical stacks like Java, Python, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), DevOps, and Data technologies.
- Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment in start-up or fast-paced environments is a plus.
- Expertise in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
