Key Responsibilities:
- Product Demos: Conduct product demonstrations for new and existing customers to showcase features, best practices, and tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- End-to-End Demo Management: Own the complete journey from demo readiness through demo delivery, solutions, and closure.
- Product Training: Provide training to customers on existing features and new releases.
- Product Adoption: Monitor customer usage of our product, identify areas for improvement, and proactively recommend solutions to drive engagement and satisfaction.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers to understand their goals and challenges and provide continuous support and solutions.
- Renewals and Upsells: Lead renewals and upsells for allocated customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and results.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Must Haves:
- Understands Gen Ai and AI has worked in SaaS and given product demos for SaaS/AI products.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Understanding of BPO/Contact centre business and Customer Experience
