The Role:
As a Tech Recruiter at NeuralGarage, you'll be essential in growing our team by sourcing and hiring top talent. Working with leadership, you'll ensure an efficient recruitment process and directly contribute to our company's success and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years in Technical Recruitment with experience in HR functions and non-technical recruitment in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Education: Degree in Human Resource Management, Engineering, or Computer Applications is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, especially within the AI and tech industries.
- Sourcing Knowledge: Excellent sourcing and networking skills with a track record of successfully identifying and engaging top talent.
- ATS Knowledge: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
