Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to contribute to our organization's success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical recruiting, a deep understanding of the technology landscape, and strong interpersonal skills.


Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create effective job descriptions.

- Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and professional networks.

2. Candidate Assessment:

- Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements, technical skills, and cultural fit.

- Conduct thorough technical interviews and provide insightful evaluations to hiring managers.

3. Collaboration:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their team dynamics and recruitment needs.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

4. Pipeline Management:

- Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.

5. Candidate Experience:

- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Gather feedback from candidates and continuously improve the recruitment process.

6. Market Research:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to inform recruitment strategies.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in a fast-paced environment.

3. Familiarity with technology stacks and an understanding of technical roles.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

6. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
