JOB DESCRIPTION- (Payroll India)-AM
(Minimum 5 years Experience in India Payroll)
Payroll and Attendance Management
End to End payroll processing.
Prepare payroll processing data and records by gathering, calculating and inputting data.
Handling employees’ queries about wages, deductions, attendance and salary.
Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
Identifies, investigates and resolves discrepancies in paysheet and payroll records
Managing attendance through HRIS system.
Receives and coordinates request for leaves and other absences
Audit Management
Responsible for managing internal and External audits according to audit plan.
Checking and preparing audit data on monthly basis
Proactively works on audits requirement and represents the data without any errors.
Maintains audit tracker.
Completes Quarterly audit without any observation.
Compliance Responsibilities
Updation and implementation of latest amendment under labour law.
Responsible for payroll compliance like PF, ESIC, LWF, Gratuity
Ensuring 100% compliance for quarterly audit
Handling Government inspection and reply on the Notices.
Personal Skill Set
Excellent analytical skill
Good communication skills
Multi tasking ability
Ability to work on a deadlines
