The Chief of Staff to the CEO is a high-exposure, high-impact role that provides a bird’s-eye view of every part of our business. This role will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, driving strategic initiatives, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and shaping the next decade of Quantilityy.This is not just a role—it’s an entry point into the co-founder track , with compensation structured as equity ownership and large incentive payouts directly tied to revenue generated. You will help build the company, not just work for it.
If you’ve consistently exceeded expectations—whether in academics, professional roles, or personal pursuits—this is your platform to scale that ambition globally.
~ 5–10 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or high-growth startups with exposure to CXO-level problem-solving.
~ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence.
~ Strategic thinker with strong analytical and data interpretation skills (Excel, dashboards, financial models).
~ Partner with the CEO to drive strategic clarity and execution across the organization.
Manage the CEO’s office to ensure decisions and initiatives are actioned effectively.
Help build processes, governance, and structures that enable scale.
Act as a force multiplier for the CEO , amplifying leadership effectiveness.
Founder’s Seat: This is not a staff job—it’s a co-founder track where you help shape strategy, build products, and engage directly with global CXOs.
AI-Led Transformation: Be part of a firm competing with McKinsey, BCG, and Accenture, but differentiated by AI-powered consulting and products .
High Exposure: Work directly with the CEO, leadership team, and global clients across industries (BFSI, Pharma, FMCG, Tech, Manufacturing, and more).
