Experience 1-5 years in founder’s office, product, growth, ops, or consulting
What you will do
- Turn founder priorities into clear plans, owners, and deadlines
- Build dashboards and cadences that keep teams on track
- Ship priority projects end to end - insights, GTM, partnerships
- Create SOPs so work scales without founders

- Storyteller - writes crisp 1-pagers and compelling decks
- Structured thinking - frames problems, sequences actions, sets guardrails
- Data driven - fluent in Google Sheets and metrics - reads experiments
- Consumer insights - turns parent feedback and YT data into decisions
