We’re looking for a visionary Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) to lead this transformation. Your role: Lead the AI-native roadmap from SaaS → Payroll + Fintech OS. Architect the AI-first tech stack (LLMs, agent frameworks, vector DBs). Build fintech & insurance integrations at payroll scale. Drive engagement-led growth , enabling intelligent cross-sell of financial products . Ensure trust, compliance, and data security across payroll + financial services. Build and mentor a world-class AI+SaaS+Fintech org . Partner with CEO on vision, growth & fundraising . Requirements: Top-tier college background (IIT/IIM/BITS or equivalent) . 10+ years startup experience with proven 0 → 1 → 100 scale. Hands-on AI development (LLMs, ML infra, agentic workflows).
