Job Description:
Location: Bangalore
Roles & responsibilities:
- Create the document structure according to RFx requirements and collaborate with onshore engagement teams to ensure that deliverables are aligned with the requirements
- Strong hold and understanding of the proposal writing process and ability to manage multiple proposal opportunities and shadowing junior team members
- Working with onshore resourcing team and supporting the team with allocation and managing requests
- Quickly grasp the objectives for proposals and presentations and identify the requirements for the KGS Pursuit Support team to ensure successful outcomes
- Create and maintain standard presentations and content library that can be reused in future opportunities as applicable
- Gather and evaluate data from internal portals, engagement teams, and leverage standard templates to deliver high-quality deliverables within tight deadlines
- Collaborate with onshore teams to establish a repository of recent client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and marketing collateral
- Ensure that all relevant documents are added to the repository/Microsoft SharePoint and track status to meet project deadlines
- Create professional and visually appealing presentations and proposals that meet clients' expectations and adhere to the KPMG Brand Guidelines
- Maintain a relentless focus on customer-centricity, and leverage excellent problem-solving skills to simplify complex business problems
- Manage and guide team members to achieve project objectives, providing support, feedback, and coaching as needed
- Identify process improvement opportunities and explore automation possibilities to minimize manual efforts and increase overall project efficiency

Educational qualifications
BE / B.Tech / BBA / BCom / MBA Preferred
Work experience
Graduates with 6-8 years or postgraduates with 4-6 years of relevant industry experience in a similar role particularly in a professional services firm / third-party KPO/IT-BPO company/internal research/ proposal management within key technology companies.
Mandatory technical & functional skills
- Prior experience in people management is preferred
- Should have intermediate or advanced PPT and MS Word knowledge, and MS Excel concepts
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Passionate about delivering excellent quality service
- High consciousness towards attention to detail; drive and commitment to deliver a high-quality service to the KPMG network
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and working in a team, excellent relationship development skills
- Flexible and able to operate in the context of different cultures and personalities
Preferred technical & functional skills
- Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and demanding situations without compromising on quality and ethical standards and values
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations, strong time management skills
