The company is already the largest employer of interior designers in the country. Livspace currently serves Singapore, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia as well as 30 metro and non-metro areas in India including - Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, Surat, Coimbatore, Mysore, Mangalore, Vizag,

Roles and Responsibilities
- Proven work experience as a IT team lead.
- Manager 6 - 8 IT staff and more than 10 locations.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices another tech products
- Knowledge and understanding of Networking Infra like LAN ,WAN Firewall, Switches etc.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal,
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support and as a escalation point for business teams.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution"
- IT Asset management | Asset planning, requisition, issuance, and recovery.
- IT Software management installation and license management.
- Implementation of IT policies across the offices.
- Access Rights Management | Role based access to systems, password management
- Remote IT Support provide either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
- IT Security Apparatus | EDR implementation and management, MDM, DLP.
- Data maintenance of IT spends (Capex and Opex)
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Asset Management: Need to ensure all the IT assets are maintained properly, tagged and maintained.
- Ensure that appropriate documentation and schedules are maintained for
- hardware, software licenses and consumables
- Assist with onboarding/off-boarding formality of users
- Vendor Management: To ensure log the complaint about repaired laptop
- Dell/Lenovo/HP/AMC vendor
- Multiple small offices and visit them if required.
- Respond and resolve escalated incidents, problems or outages and accurately report and document solutions
- Problem determination and resolution within SLA's
- Assigns and coordinates workload based on project priorities.
- Participate in hiring, training, assignment, and termination actions for direct reports
- Deploy process and systems to new sales office locations
- Work with vendors and IT staffs to ensure that hardware and Network are kept up to date and are meeting the needs of the business.
- Manage AD server, MDM tools.
- Ensure daily stand up and EOD meetings are conducted on all Mon-Sat.
- Support on Week ends on emergency basis and co-ordinate with vendor/Staff
- Capacity to work with diverse people at all levels in an organization
- Able to manage effectively a number of competing priorities
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Assessing current methods and recommending improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelors/master s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience
Skills
- CCNA, MacOS, Networking, Tools, Troubleshooting and Diagnostics, Asset management.
- Level 3 Support.. Leading a team of 6 plus staff and manage 10 plus remote locations.
