Responsibilities:
Bid Management/Commercial Executive
Manage day to day customers commercial queries and work internally to resolve them.
Analyse the RFP/ RFI document and identify key metrics including requirements, and timelines
Project manage to ensure regular check-ins and the deliverables are captured and executed efficiently
Establish project governance contact points with the client-service offices and agree on bid details
Ensure timelines are achieved at every step of the bid process, including all internal governance, while taking the initiative in setting realistic deadlines
Requirements:
Prior experience in handling pre-sales / bid management process and working with Global clients
Must be comfortable working with senior management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Prior Experience is similar is must
Strong IT literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote
Must be comfortable in numbers and good at Excel, google drive etc
