Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a D2C Growth Expert located in Kolkata.- The D2C Growth Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to drive direct-to-consumer sales.- Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, managing projects, coordinating with sales teams, and using growth hacking techniques to achieve targets.- The role also involves communicating findings and strategies to stakeholders and ensuring that project timelines and objectives are met.- This role involves to build the business from scratch with focus on Revenue & ProfitQualifications- 4years of experience in D2C, digital marketing, or e-commerce, preferably in wellness/FMCG/startups.- Proven track record of scaling D2C brands or managing a high-performing e-commerce store- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta/Google Ads, Excel.- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo (or similar CRM), Hotjar, and similar tools- Understanding of performance marketing and digital media ecosystem- Experience in the FMCG, healthcare or wellness industry is a plus- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
