Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a D2C Growth Expert located in Kolkata.

  • The D2C Growth Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to drive direct-to-consumer sales.
  •  Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, managing projects, coordinating with sales teams, and using growth hacking techniques to achieve targets.
  •  The role also involves communicating findings and strategies to stakeholders and ensuring that project timelines and objectives are met.
  • This role involves to build the business from scratch with focus on Revenue & Profit

Qualifications

  • 4years of experience in D2C, digital marketing, or e-commerce, preferably in wellness/FMCG/startups.
  • Proven track record of scaling D2C brands or managing a high-performing e-commerce store
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta/Google Ads, Excel.
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo (or similar CRM), Hotjar, and similar tools
  • Understanding of performance marketing and digital media ecosystem
  • Experience in the FMCG, healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
