We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven **D2C Digital Marketing Expert** with **2-3 years** of proven experience in driving growth for consumer brands and has worked previously with Digital Marketing Agencies. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in evaluating client requirements, crafting digital ad growth strategies, planning and executing paid and organic social media campaigns, and scaling D2C brands profitably.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Evaluate Client & Brand Requirements**
- Understand brand goals, product-market fit, target demographics, and unique value propositions.
- Conduct competitive and audience research to guide channel strategy and messaging.
- Identify gaps in current digital marketing efforts and recommend scalable opportunities.
- Translate business objectives into measurable marketing plans.

2. **Develop & Own Paid Growth Strategy for Ads**
- Create platform-specific strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, YouTube, and other relevant D2C channels.
- Design full-funnel ad flows (awareness, retargeting, conversion, and loyalty)
- Collaborate with creatives and copywriters to ensure high-performing, on-brand ad content.

3. **Plan Social Media Campaigns**
- Align social content and paid campaigns with product launches, events, and seasonal trends.
- Create detailed social media calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other D2C-relevant platforms.
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging strategies for each stage of the customer journey.
- Integrate influencer campaigns or user-generated content into broader marketing plans where relevant.

4. **Execute & Optimize Social Media Campaigns**
- Launch and manage performance campaigns via platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Continuously optimize creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and placements.

**Required Qualifications**:
1 ) **2-3 years**of proven experience in D2C digital marketing and have worked with Digital Marketing Agencies

2) Knowledge about Meta ADs

3) Knowledge about Google ADS

4) Knowledge about LinkedIn ADs are a plus

**Salary range**:
25000- 30000 per month
