Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Expert located in Kolkata. The Digital Marketing Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and analyzing marketing data. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the sales team, enhancing brand presence, and executing successful marketing campaigns. What We're Looking For: - 34 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (preferably Ed-Tech) - Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content strategy, and analytics - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - A proactive mind with a knack for business development and lead generation - Ability to manage campaigns end-to-end with creativity and accountability Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to drive student enrollments and brand visibility - Collaborate with the sales and academic teams for performance-driven outcomes - Manage ad budgets, optimize ROAS, and explore new growth channels - Create compelling marketing content and ensure brand consistency across all platforms - Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance regularly What You'll Bring: - Strategic thinking backed by analytical insights - A strong sense of ownership and initiative - Passion for education, innovation, and impact
