Key Responsibilities:

- SEO & Content Strategy:

- Improve organic search rankings and drive traffic using on-page and off-page SEO.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content.
- Performance Marketing:

- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms).
- Optimize CPC, CPA, and ROI for performance marketing campaigns.
- A/B test ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversions.
- Social Media Marketing:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement.
- Create compelling posts, run paid promotions, and manage influencer collaborations.
- Analytics & Conversion Optimization:

- Track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using Google Analytics,or similar tools.
- Implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies to improve customer journey and sales.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in eCommerce.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Proven track record of driving traffic and conversions through digital channels.
- Ability to work independently and drive data-driven marketing decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the book/eCommerce industry is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, is a bonus.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
