As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the owner of our digital revenue engine. Your primary focus will be on planning, executing, and managing performance marketing campaigns that directly scale our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) website. You will be the key player in acquiring new customers, maximising customer lifetime value, and building a strong online community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **D2C Growth Strategy**: Develop and execute a multi-channel digital strategy focused on profitably scaling traffic, conversion, and revenue for our e-commerce website.
- **Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing**: Plan, launch, and relentlessly optimize performance-driven campaigns on **Google Ads** (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and **Meta Ads** (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage and optimize our **Google Merchant Centre** to ensure a flawless product feed, maximizing visibility and sales through Google Shopping.
- **Social Media & Community Management**: Develop a compelling social media strategy (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) that builds brand love, engages our community, and drives qualified traffic to our D2C site.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and technical SEO strategies to dominate organic search results for key Ayurvedic terms, building a sustainable stream of free traffic.
- **Analytics & Conversion Optimization**: Monitor, analyze, and report on all campaign and website performance using Google Analytics. Use data-driven insights to conduct A/B tests, improve user experience, and increase conversion rates.

**Who You Are**:

- You have 2-4 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role with a strong focus on **scaling e-commerce/D2C brands**.
- You are an expert in **Google Ads and Meta Ads**, with a portfolio of campaigns you have built, managed, and scaled.
- You have hands-on experience with **Google Merchant Center** and a deep understanding of e-commerce feed management.
- You are analytically minded, comfortable with data, and know how to translate numbers into actionable growth strategies.
- You possess excellent communication skills and can craft a compelling brand narrative.
- A genuine passion for or curiosity about holistic health, wellness, and Ayurveda is a huge plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
