Paid Media Specialist

We're seeking a Paid Media Specialist to drive profitable growth through scaled D2C campaigns.

You'll be responsible for owning and scaling paid acquisition across Google and Meta platforms, from cold awareness to high-intent retargeting and retention. Your full-funnel strategies will focus on turning clicks into customers profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strategies for D2C brands, incorporating testing, tracking, and tweaking of creatives, audience segments, hooks, copy, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive conversion, including design, CRO, email, and analytics.
  • Manage or build a small media buying team, or work independently as a pro.
  • Work directly with founders or senior stakeholders, advising on budget and channel mix.

Requirements:

  • Experience in scaling D2C campaigns and understanding how to turn clicks into customers profitably.
  • Fluent in ROAS, AOV, CAC, LTV, MER.
  • Previous experience working with budgets ranging from £10K–£500K/month.
  • Proven track record of running successful campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Passion for testing, tracking, tweaking, and winning.
