Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a D2 C Growth Expert located in Kolkata. The role also involves communicating findings and strategies to stakeholders and ensuring that project timelines and objectives are met.This role involves to build the business from scratch with focus on Revenue & Profit Qualifications4years of experience in D2 C, digital marketing, or e-commerce, preferably in wellness/FMCG/startups.Proven track record of scaling D2 C brands or managing a high-performing e-commerce storeStrong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta/Google Ads, Excel.Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo (or similar CRM), Hotjar, and similar toolsUnderstanding of performance marketing and digital media ecosystemExperience in the FMCG, healthcare or wellness industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
