Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a D2C Growth Expert located in Kolkata.
- The D2C Growth Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to drive direct-to-consumer sales.

Qualifications
- 4years of experience in D2C, digital marketing, or e-commerce, preferably in wellness/FMCG/startups.
- Proven track record of scaling D2C brands or managing a high-performing e-commerce store
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta/Google Ads, Excel.
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo (or similar CRM), Hotjar, and similar tools
- Understanding of performance marketing and digital media ecosystem
- Experience in the FMCG, healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
