You will support the bid lifecycle by researching, strategizing and crafting compelling proposals that showcase OLIVER’s in-house model, creativity, and business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end bid processfrom opportunity identification through to final submission, ensuring compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.Conducting Researchto influence new business opportunities and create impact on business proposalsDevelop winning strategiesthat clearly articulate OLIVER’s value proposition, in-house model benefits, Gen AI and creative capabilities.Collaborate with global and local teamsincluding creative, client services, production, and technology to align solutions with client needs.Ability to implement Gen AIin research tasks & day-to-dayCraftimpactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposalsthat resonate with senior decision-makers.Maintain a libraryof high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.Ensure bid governance , quality assurance, and adherence to OLIVER brand standards.Track bid performance metrics , analyse win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.Skills & Experience Required8+ years inbid management, proposal writing, or business developmentwithin creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.Proven success inwinning large-scale, multi-market contracts .Exceptionalstorytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills .Experience withGen AI, automation tools , MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing).Experience with procurement portals like Coupa, Ariba, TPM etcPreferred QualificationsMBA in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Prior experience inagency pitch managementor marketing procurement will be highly valued.Our values shape everything we do:BeAmbitiousto succeedBeImaginativeto push the boundaries of what's possibleBeInspirationalto do groundbreaking workBealways learning and listeningto understandBeResults-focusedto exceed expectationsBeactively pro-inclusive and anti-racistacross our community, clients and creationsBrandtech+, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
