Job Skills Identify, establish, and develop new corporate accounts. Build strong client relationships and effectively resolve client concerns. Manage leads proactively and ensure lead data is regularly monitored and updated. Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of product and revenue; consistently meet or exceed monthly booking goals within the designated territory or market. Manage credit approvals and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive sales and profitability. Collaborate closely with operations and support teams to ensure exceptional client service. Perform administrative tasks including preparation of marketing call reports, tracking group bookings, and related duties. Plan and conduct cost-effective, results-driven sales trips to increase market penetration in assigned territories. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including MIS and productivity reports. Soft Skills Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively. Familiarity with the travel industry is preferred but not essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement. Highly dedicated, dependable, and hardworking. Proactive and self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude. Skilled at building and maintaining strong professional relationships. Demonstrates unwavering integrity and high ethical standards.
