Key Responsibilities: (Specialisation in US market with consulting Experience)
- Market Penetration: Identify and prioritize key target industries and accounts within the US market.
- Business Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Client Acquisition: Prospect, qualify, and close deals with potential clients, ensuring a smooth sales cycle.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, track key metrics, and forecast revenue.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 4-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the US market ( For Management Consulting )
- Strong understanding of the US business landscape and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
